The RESCUE RUN CORPORATE 5K is an annual run/walk event held in Sanford Florida to benefit the Rescue Outreach Mission, Seminole County's only homeless shelter.
Join us for a chip timed 5K fun run/walk to help the Rescue Outreach Mission, a local organization fighting the growing epidemic of homelessness in Seminole County by helping individuals return to self-sufficiency.
RACE DETAILS
Enjoy the beautiful scenery of Downtown Sanford, come run, jog or walk while supporting a great cause. 5k participants can take in the beauty of Fort Mellon Park by hanging out after the race to enjoy the post race awards celebration, foo, vendors and fun kid activities.
Proceeds will benefit the Rescue Outreach Mission. The Rescue Outreach Mission, the only Emergency Shelter in Seminole County, exists to serve disadvantaged people of Central Florida by providing resources that help prevent homelessness and by helping those who are already homeless return to self-sufficiency.
Race begins at 8:30am SHARP with the traditional Sheriff's flyover at 8am during the National Anthem.
With flag day celebrated on June 14th, this years theme will be, represent for your flag of choice. Wear or come walk/run while waving your flag of choice.

PACKET PICKUP
Packet pick up will be at the Rescue Outreach Mission: 1701 Historic Goldsboro Blvd, Sanford, FL 32771 Thursday May 30th and Friday May 31st from 9am-6pm and on race day June 1st. Parking will be available directly across the facility on the grass field.
RACE SHIRTS
Shirts are guaranteed to the first 300 adult paid registrants.
ENTRY FEES
5K Entry Fees: $25 until midnight June 1st, 2019. $30 race day entries. Cash and cards accepted.
MEDALS
Finisher medals will be awarded to the all participants. Age group 1st, 2nd and 3rd place medals will be awarded to top finishers male and female, so be sure to stick around for your recognition after the race. Results will be posted immediatley after the race.
TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
Be sure to create or join your organization or social team for your chance to walk away with the coveted top team award. Award will be presented to the top corporate organization and social team.
